SANTIAGO – More than 20,000 people participated on Tuesday in Santiago in the fourth edition of The Color Run, a race designed especially for youth and families in which everyone finishes the race bathed in colored powders.
Participants completed a five-kilometer paint race in the center of the Chilean capital without records or stopwatches, as the ultimate goal of the race is for participants to have a good time without watching the clock.
Born in the United States in 2011, The Color Run has held events in more than 200 cities in 52 countries around the world.
In the coming days, the race will move to other Chilean cities. Talcahuano, Puerto Varas and La Serena are the next destinations.
