Turks and Caicos-Based Airline to Offer Nonstop Service to Cuba

SAN JUAN – Turks and Caicos-based interCaribbean Airways is set to offer a new direct flight to Cuba, starting May 3, an airline spokesperson confirmed to EFE on Tuesday.

The service will entail two flights a week from Providenciales International Airport to Havana’s Jose Marti International Airport and one flight from the Cuban capital to Providenciales.

The airline said connecting flights will be available from various cities in Antigua, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos and Puerto Rico.

Havana and Santiago de Cuba are among the score of Caribbean destinations served by interCaribbean Airways.
