Wizards Win 100-90 against Magic

WASHINGTON Bradley Beal scored 23 points to lead the Washington Wizards to a 100-90 victory over the Orlando Magic on Wednesday.

With two consecutive wins and five in the last 10 games, the Wizards (29-39) currently occupy 11th place in the Eastern Conference.

Thomas Bryant scored a double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds while Jabari Parker who came off the bench scored 19 with nine rebounds for the Wizards who are three matches behind the Miami Heat currently in 8th place in the Eastern Conference.

The Magic (31-38) continue to lose ground in the Eastern Conference after adding two losses in a row leaving them in 9th position.

Nikola Vucevic led the attack for the Orlando team with double-double of 20 points and 14 rebounds.

D.J. Augustin added 16 points while Aaron Gordon and Jonathan Isaac scored 13 points and 9 rebounds each for the Magic who have now lost 20 of the last 24 games of the series.
