WASHINGTON – Bradley Beal led the scoring with 34 points for the Washington Wizards, who beat the Philadelphia 76ers 123-106 at Capital One Arena on Wednesday.
Beal, who played for 37 minutes, headlined a list of four players with double-digit scores for the Wizards (17-25), placed second-last in the Southeast Division.
Reserve Otto Porter added 23 points and Trevor Ariza another 17 for Washington.
The 76ers (27-15), who are in the second spot of the Atlantic Division, had Joel Embiid as top scorer with a double-double of 35 points and 14 rebounds.
Jimmy Butler scored 23 points and had nine rebounds while Ben Simmons made 15 points and 10 rebounds.
