OAKLAND – Point guard Stephen Curry scored 19 points on Wednesday night for the Golden State Warriors, who trounced the Portland Trail Blazers 110-81 in game two of the first-round Western Conference playoff.
The Warriors increased their lead over the Trail Blazers to 2-0 in their best-of-seven series with the dominant win at the Oracle Arena in Oakland.
Point guard Klay Thomson scored 16 points for the Warriors, while teammate JaVale McGee added 15 points.
Forward Maurice Harkless led the scoring for the Trail Blazers with 15 points in 29 minutes.
Portland guards Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum each scored 12 and 11 points, respectively.
Portland will host the Warriors for game three of the series at the Moda Center on Saturday.
